In 1992, MR. Jatin Shah Son of Mr. Hasmukh Shah , educated in Science Stream, joined the business and from that instance the graph of the firm has shown upward progress. Father and Son has realized the potentials  and opportunities in Sugar Industry Trading business that made them to focus on  Sugar industries in Maharashtra and Andhra Pradesh also.

Hence with acumen business skill of Mr. Hasmukh Shah coupled with his experience of more than 25 years and support from his young enthusiastic son Mr. Jatin Shah made it possible for the firm to establish its good name in the field of Sugar Industry Traders.

Later in 2004 Mr. Jatin H Shah has  expanded business into a field of Tele – Communication. He has taken a Franchise for “ Reliance Web World Express “ and the same business was run by Launching a new Firm “Jatin Enterprise”. As a Franchise he has achieved a highest standard in Sales and Service along with a Very good rank in Collection, Which was almost 100 + % on an average. Achieved a honor by Becoming one of “Reliance Star” Member of Reliance Family.

Jatin Enterprise as a Franchise of Reliance Communication, was having a team of 12 Members and managing a Web World Store, Which Includes a Sales of Mobile and Landline , Giving

Service to the Customers and Billing Collection. Jatin Enterprise was having highest number of Customers Mapped and billing collection was merely 60 LAC/Month. He has managed a good name in Reliance Franchisee Community and establish a good relations in the field.

Jatin H Shah was looking after his family business of Chemical Trading with Sugar Industry along with Reliance Franchise.

Later in the month of April 2007,  Mr. Jatin H Shah has decided to resign as a Franchise of “Reliance WWE” due to Lack of time in coping up with two activities at two different end of the town. Hence, He planned to Close the Franchise Business which was highly successful and Planned to Start “ IMPORT” of chemicals which he used to Procure Locally and trade in Sugar Industry.

Hence, by August,2008 MR. Jatin Shah has entered and established his first venture of Import and till 15th February,2008 he has achieved a record break turnover of the business till date by taking it up to 800 Lacs. This magical turn over was achieved by him under guidance and with experience of Mr. Hasmukh Shah in the Firm “ Jatin Enterprise”
